污泥干化 Sludge Drying

該工藝的特點(diǎn)是利用鍋爐煙道氣余熱，不需要新增熱源，真的做到了節(jié)能、降耗、環(huán)保、以廢制廢。

本工藝為逆流烘干，負(fù)壓操作，其直接優(yōu)點(diǎn)為：一是熱利用率高，二是進(jìn)濕泥端的尾氣將濕泥預(yù)熱，濕泥中的水分已潮氣的形式散發(fā)出來，將從筒體尾部成品顆粒端的粉塵大部分吸附降解在筒體內(nèi)進(jìn)行內(nèi)部循環(huán)，從而從干燥機(jī)系統(tǒng)出來的粉塵很少！
